With Global SOS, wherever you go in the world, you will always know the right number to call in an emergency.

236 countries are covered, with related emergency phone numbers divided into categories.

3 emergency categories

For any emergency, wherever you are in the world, Global SOS gives you the phone numbers of the 3 main emergency services:

• Police
• Ambulance
• Fire and Rescue

Wherever you are...it will find you!

In the lower part of the screen you can see the name and the flag of the country where you are currently located.
Touching this area of the screen, you'll see your current address and your exact geographic coordinates in case you need to report your location.

From today, by pressing the button "SMS", it is possible to send an emergency message to a number pre-chosen by you. In the message you'll find your current address and your geographic coordinates, no matter where you are! *

It's easy to call

Thanks to an easy and intuitive interface, Global SOS allows you to call the emergency services in a quick and extremely easy way.

Select the number you want to call from the list, touch the big red button that appears and the call will start.

Please note that any abuses of the emergency services numbers will be punished according to the laws of the selected country.

SMS service

The new SMS service has been designed to give you the possibility of sending a request for help in an emergency situation, with a simple action, to a trusted person.

By pressing the SMS button, a default personal message (previously prepared by you) will appear in the lower half of the screen, which will also include your exact current location and coordinates.

Instructions:

1. 1. From the panel "Settings" select Global SOS
2. 2. Select Set SMS services
3. 3. Insert your Personal Message in the appropriate space
4. 4. Insert the prefix and the phone number of the person you would like to send the message to
5. 5. Enable the function Use SMS to ask for help

Map

In order to have more detailed information about your current position, the Map function has been added.

Thanks to GPS technology, by clicking on your current address your position is monitored and signaled in real time on the map that appears in the lower part of the screen.

It is possible to update your position by clicking on the button at the bottom right of the screen.

Add a number of your choice

Instructions:

1. 1 From the panel "Settings" choose Global SOS.
2. 2 Select Add a personal number.
3. 3 Insert your personal number filling in all the required fields (prefix, number and description).
4. 4 Enable Show number to visualize it in the list of emergency numbers.

Custom settings

Inside the panel "Settings" by choosing Global SOS you will be able to customize the application, changing the following options:

• Auto-geolocation
  Enable or disable the function of satellite geolocation.
• Manual location
  Possibility to choose manually from the complete list of countries.*
• Add a personal number
  Possibility to add a number of your choice that will be appear in the list after the standard emergency numbers.
• Set SMS services new
  Possibility to insert your own personalized help message and indicate the number you want it to be sent to in case of emergency.

* The manual choice allows you to see the complete list of different numbers but does not allow you to call numbers other than those of the country where you are.
